Colton believes that yogic practices such as staying present, mindful, and calm is an important part of any recovery process. After learning to use his body and breath to control his emotions and assist his recovery, Colton became inspired to help others overcome addiction, and transform into who they were meant to be. As a graduate of Tree House Recovery, Colton will serve as a testament to what is possible. His life experience, recovery journey, and compassion for humankind will undoubtedly bring a unique perspective to Embodied Presence.
