Erik incorporates Yoga Philosophy and mindfulness based practices into his sessions to help his clients find a state of peace, alertness and focused relaxation by deliberately paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment. Erik takes the time for each client, listening to them and teaching them how to create a life beyond their wildest dreams. In his free time, Erik enjoys climbing mountains, going on road trips, eating vegan food, mountain biking, and skateboarding. Erik is on the constant search to find and explore what life means for him, spreading his joy and contagious expression for life to those that surround him.
