Michele credits following the yogic lifestyle in helping her recovery and wants to help others be at peace with their thoughts. Michele studied nutrition, exercise physiology, psychology, and brings years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. There truly is no better fit for teaching others how to live more calmly and confidently every day. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping or glamping, spending time with her four grown daughters, acrylic painting.
